Serving Kearney and central Nebraska since 1998.

ABOUT OUR CLINIC

One Clinic. Every Member of Your Family.

Comprehensive Integrated Care

Schrock Medical Clinic is one of the only local medical facilities in central Nebraska that provides true integrative therapy under one roof. Our expert medical team treats every member of the family — combining the best of three worlds: non-pharmaceutical care, chiropractic care, and physical therapy.

Our practice specializes in diagnosing and treating chronic pain, and finding the root cause of unknown pain. Don't let chronic joint pain, muscle spasms, or nerve pain keep you from living your life. We can help.

Dr. Samuel Schrock founded the practice in Kearney in 1998 and has since expanded the clinic to include medical providers and physical therapy.

"Impacting patients' lives by changing the face of medicine."

What We Treat

Conditions We Treat

We've helped thousands of patients regain their health and live pain-free. If you're dealing with any of the conditions below, we can help.

From mild strain to chronic disc issues, back pain can keep you from the things you love. Our integrative approach combines chiropractic, physical therapy, and targeted medical care to address the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Whether from poor posture, injury, or chronic tension, neck pain limits mobility and disrupts daily life. Our providers use precise chiropractic techniques, therapeutic exercise, and advanced therapies to restore comfort and range of motion.

Shoulder pain can stop you from lifting your kids, working out, or even sleeping comfortably. We treat rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, impingement, and chronic shoulder dysfunction with a combination of manual therapy, rehab, and regenerative options.

Hip pain affects how you walk, sit, sleep, and stand. From bursitis to labral issues to general wear-and-tear, we evaluate the full kinetic chain to identify why it hurts and build a treatment plan tailored to you.

Knee pain is one of the most common conditions we treat. Whether you've been told it's arthritis, a meniscus issue, or just "wear and tear," we combine physical therapy, regenerative medicine, and chiropractic care to help you stay active and avoid surgery when possible.

Small joints matter. We treat all areas of the body — including the hands, fingers, feet, and toes. Our providers analyze the pain, recommend a custom treatment plan, and walk you through the financial picture including insurance coverage.

You don't have to resort to heavy medication or days in bed. Throbbing pain in your skull is often related to neck dysfunction, muscle tension, or nerve irritation — all of which respond well to our integrative approach.

Sciatica is characterized by pain in the lower back that radiates down one or both legs — often described as dull, achy, sharp, or like electric shocks. We address the underlying spinal cause through chiropractic care, spinal decompression, and targeted therapy.

Neuropathy causes pain, numbness, tingling, and burning — most often in the feet and hands. Our combination of medical injections, chiropractic care, and rehabilitative therapy has helped many patients regain feeling and reduce pain significantly.

A pinched nerve in the spine can lead to pain, weakness, and numbness throughout the arms, legs, or torso. Our providers diagnose the root cause — whether from disc herniation, bone spurs, or spinal stenosis — and build a non-surgical treatment plan.

Wrist pain, hand tingling, and grip weakness are classic signs of carpal tunnel syndrome. We address the full kinetic chain — from the neck and shoulder down through the wrist — to relieve compression and restore function without surgery.

That sharp heel pain when you take your first step in the morning is the hallmark of plantar fasciitis. We use a combination of manual therapy, laser therapy, custom rehab exercises, and biomechanical correction to get you back on your feet.

An arthritis diagnosis doesn't mean accepting a life of pain. Our integrative approach focuses on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and supporting overall function — so you can keep doing the everyday things that matter.

Fibromyalgia is complex — and rarely improves with a single approach. We combine chiropractic care, physical therapy, functional medicine, and lifestyle support to address the full picture of widespread pain, fatigue, and brain fog.

Dizzy spells and the spinning sensation of vertigo can make simple daily tasks feel impossible. Our providers identify whether it's cervicogenic, BPPV-related, or neurological in origin, and treat accordingly with specific techniques and rehabilitation.

Poor sleep affects every aspect of life. Whether your sleep issues stem from pain, stress, hormones, or nervous system dysregulation, we identify the underlying cause and create a personalized plan to help you rest again.

Roughly 90% of Americans deal with some form of allergies. Our team can analyze your symptoms, recommend a tailored treatment plan, and explain how chiropractic care and functional medicine support immune function and reduce sinus pressure.

Recurring ear infections — especially in kids — can be addressed through gentle chiropractic adjustments that relieve pressure in the ear canal and support proper drainage. We're proud to help families avoid repeated rounds of antibiotics when possible.

Even minor accidents can cause lasting damage if left untreated. We specialize in auto injury care — including whiplash, soft tissue trauma, and concussion-related issues — and work directly with insurance and attorneys to make the process simple.

From weekend warriors to competitive athletes, we help you recover faster and prevent re-injury. Dry needling, laser therapy, manual adjustments, and progressive rehab are all part of how we get you back to performance.

Gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic care for infants and children. From colic and ear infections to growing pains, sleep issues, and developmental support, we help kids thrive at every stage.

Jaw clicking, locking, or chronic pain often connects back to the neck and upper spine. Our providers address TMJ through targeted adjustments, soft tissue work, and exercises to restore function and relieve tension.

A herniated or bulging disc can cause severe pain, nerve symptoms, and limited mobility. Our non-surgical approach — combining spinal decompression, chiropractic care, and rehabilitation — has helped many patients avoid surgery and return to full activity.

From preparing your body for pregnancy through recovery and postpartum, we provide gentle care for moms at every stage — including support for back pain, pelvic alignment, milk supply, and post-recovery rehabilitation.
